Chicken Siciliana

1 pound  chicken cutlets, lightly floured.

Sauté cutlets in heated olive oil turning once until golden brown.

Drain oil.

Add one jar of Rao’s Homemade Siciliana Sauce* over cutlets.

Bring sauce and chicken to simmer.

Serve.

This Chicken Siciliana recipe above appeared a couple of years ago on the web  in a collection of Rao’s “quick recipes.”

We recommend a dinner at Baldoria’s on 49th St. near Times Square if you are in New York City.  Of course, going to Rao’s is something you may want to experience as well.  Talk to the concierge in your hotel.
