1 3-ounce package  limejello

1 cup hot water

Large (No.2-size / 15-ounce) can crushed pineapple

½  cup saladdressing (optional)

1 pound creamy cottage cheese (or skim-milk cottagecheese), small curd

Dissolve jello in hot water.  Then add juice from can of crushed pineapple.
When thick, beat.
Then add salad dressing. 
Fold in pineapple and cottage cheese.
Refrigerate until firm.  Unmold. (Asusual, I would say you are ahead of the unmolding game if you are using aTupperware-type mold.  But use whatever is handy.  Just know youshould rinse the mold before filling, and be prepared to dip the cold moldbriefly in a hot water bath to unmold if you do not have a”user-friendly” mold.
