A partially eaten cake, our 2000 version of Angel Snowstorm Cake, for Andrew’s birthday —

This cake was made with angel food cake, sliced in thirds, horizontally, then adding Andrew’s two favorite ice creams, Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, between the layers, whipped cream all around, liberally dusted with chocolate sprinkles, then kept in freezer until about ten minutes before serving time.
