GARLIC DRESSING for SALADS & STRING BEANS

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup = juice of one lemon + wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon or use tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 3 good dashes of Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • horseradish
  • Salad Herbs
  • Fines Herbs

Instructions
 

  • Combine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup = juice of one lemon + wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon (or use tarragon vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 3 good dashes of Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Can also add (per PAK):
  • horseradish
  • Salad Herbs
  • Fines Herbs
  • Shake or mix in electric blender. It’s better if made ahead andkept in the refrigerator at least overnight. If it appears to harden, try giving it ashake. It seems to keep indefinitely.
