Super simple and wonderful in hot, humid weather, which we experienced lots of in Baltimore.



1 cucumber, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons chopped chives

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

1 teaspoon dill seed

1/2 cup sour cream


Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt.  Let stand for 30 minutes.

Drain, combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. 

Chill 30 minutes.
