CHINESE SHRIMP

 

 

Need large shrimp.  May leave shells on but should degut.

 

Mix together:

            Seven Seas Tomato & Spices Sauce

            hot sauce

            sherry

            salt

 

Just put enough oil in pan to cover bottom.

Let oil get really hot.

Chop scallions.

Fry shrimp, add sauce, then scallions plus more sherry.

Serve with rice.
