Easy Heart-Healthy          NO-FRY FRIED CHICKEN

4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Nonstick cooking spray
 

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Soak skinless chicken breast hales in ice water.
Mix yogurt and mustard. 
Combine flour and breadcrumbs in a large plastic bag or a shallow baking dish.
Dip chilled breasts in the yogurt-mustard mixture.
Coast breast by shaking them in the flour-breadcrumb mix in the plastic bag or rolling them in the mix in the baking dish.
Place on sprayed broiler pan. 
Spray pieces with the cooking spray, then bake at 400 F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
