Mixed Berry Crème Fraîche Crumble
4 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries,
blackberries, huckleberries, loganberries)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup crème fraîche (double click for methods for making crème fraîche)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Mix together the berries, flour and sugar and pour into an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish. Spread the crème fraîche over the top of the berries evenly. Mix together the brown sugar, flour and salt. Mix in the melted butter. Top the crème fraîche with this mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
